This policy applies to SocietyCart's customer app, shopkeeper interfaces and website insofar as relevant. It must be read with the Terms and Conditions and mandatory Indian law. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.

1. Ownership

SocietyCart trademarks, software and original creative assets belong to the company or licensed rights holders.

2. Seller warranties

Sellers must own or have permission to use submitted logos, photos, descriptions and brand names.

3. Licence

Sellers grant a limited licence to host, adapt for display and promote their submitted listing content in connection with SocietyCart.

4. Complaints

Rights holders may submit identification of protected work, allegedly infringing URL or product, proof of rights and contact details to info@societycart.in.

5. Review and remedy

SocietyCart may temporarily remove disputed material and seek counter-information; repeated proven infringements may lead to restrictions.

6. Good-faith process

False or abusive takedown requests are prohibited; lawful exceptions and remedies remain available.
