We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm IST). To help us find your account fast, include the registered phone number you use in the app and, for order problems, the order number.
In-app help
The quickest route is inside the app — it already knows who you are and which order you mean:
- Customer app: open Profile → Help & Support to start a conversation with us. Replies arrive as a notification and stay in the same thread.
- Shop app (shopkeepers): email info@societycart.in about your shop, payouts, or your catalogue, and include your shop name.
Common questions
- Do I need an account to look around? No. Open the app, pick your society, and browse the shops and prices freely. You only need to sign in to add items to your cart, place an order, or save a wishlist.
- My society isn't listed. Email us the society name, address and city — we onboard the shops inside it. Your society's shopkeeper can also sign up in the SocietyCart Shop app.
- An order is late, wrong, or missing an item. Message us from Profile → Help & Support with the order number. Refunds for shop-confirmed issues go back to the original payment method or your SocietyCart reward balance.
- I can't receive the OTP. Check that the number is your 10-digit mobile number and that SMS isn't blocked, then tap Resend code. If it still doesn't arrive, email us the number.
- I'm not getting notifications. Allow notifications for SocietyCart in your phone's settings, then reopen the app — it re-registers your device on launch.
- How do I change my delivery address? Profile → Address Book, then pick or add a flat. Each society's shops deliver only to that society.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, at any time: Profile → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Full details of what is erased and what we must keep are on the Delete Account page.
