This policy applies to SocietyCart's customer app, shopkeeper interfaces and website insofar as relevant. It must be read with the Terms and Conditions and mandatory Indian law. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.

1. Offer ownership

Promotions may be seller-funded, SocietyCart-funded or co-funded; the applicable sponsor and material eligibility conditions will be disclosed.

2. Eligibility

Offers may depend on location, product, cart value, account status, time and stock; terms must be clear before purchase.

3. Stacking and caps

Unless expressly permitted, coupons may not stack. Per-user, per-order, inventory and redemption limits will be disclosed.

4. Rewards

Any SocietyCart points or coins are promotional credits, not legal tender or withdrawable balances. Earning, expiry, redemption and cancellation rules will be shown in-app.

5. Returns

Refunds use actual paid amounts, with proportionate discount allocation; earned rewards may be reversed for returned orders and redeemed rewards reinstated where applicable.

6. Fair changes

Campaigns may be prospectively amended or ended without defeating accrued lawful customer rights.
