This policy applies to SocietyCart's customer app, shopkeeper interfaces and website insofar as relevant. It must be read with the Terms and Conditions and mandatory Indian law. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.

1. Providers

The platform may integrate payment gateways, mapping, SMS, WhatsApp, cloud hosting, identity verification and delivery partners.

2. Disclosure

Relevant provider identity, applicable charges and material third-party terms will be disclosed when necessary for informed use.

3. Data sharing

Only necessary data is shared for the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable contracts.

4. Independent providers

Third parties may have their own legal obligations; SocietyCart remains responsible for duties it cannot legally delegate.

5. Failures

Service interruptions and failed transactions will be investigated and addressed under applicable order, refund and consumer policies.

6. Changes

Providers may change, with appropriate notice for material impacts.
