This policy applies to SocietyCart's customer app, shopkeeper interfaces and website insofar as relevant. It must be read with the Terms and Conditions and mandatory Indian law. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.

1. Who may report

Employees, contractors, sellers, delivery partners and other stakeholders may report suspected fraud, corruption, harassment, serious misconduct or material compliance breaches.

2. Reporting channel

Reports may be submitted confidentially to Babita Rani Goyal, Director — info@societycart.in. Do not route complaints to the person implicated.

3. Non-retaliation

SocietyCart prohibits retaliation for good-faith reporting, subject to applicable law.

4. Investigation

Reports will be triaged, investigated impartially and escalated to appropriate management or authorities where required.

5. Confidentiality

Identity will be protected to the extent reasonably possible and legally permitted; anonymity cannot always be guaranteed.

6. False accusations

Knowingly malicious reports may lead to proportionate action; mistaken but good-faith reports will not.
